DEFECTS WHEN RECEIVED

 

 

If for any reason you receive your package and you find that it is not in working order.  We will send you a new unit along with a return label.  Customer Is not liable for shipping product back.  Please note Never  shop with any company that is that greedy that has a policy where you have to pay shipping because of a defective product. 

 

Things to remember:

  

If it is defective for any reason notify us right away. And if it was damaged during shipping. You must notify the driver that dropped the package off and our office immediately.

 

Please note that if your purchase is time sensitive, We strongly advise that you purchase an insurance That ensures that in the event you get a product Not working, we will even pay to have it overnighted to you.  $3.00 for small packages, $5.00 for larger. 

 

Also note that before you opt to send unit back, give our techs every opportunity to figure out If they can fix the problem over the phone.  In The event that it is returned and there is no Problems with unit.  Customer is liable for shipping Charges.
