DISK AND SOFTWARE RETURNS

Unfortunately, we live in a world where copying Software happens everyday.  Because of a certain Percentage of customers who have abused their Refund rights, we have no choice but to have Strict policies concerning the return of software.

Karaoke Disk:  There are no refunds for any disk Purchased from our store.  You may however exchange it for another version on another disk If you are not happy.  There are no exceptions to this rule.

Software packages:  All sales are final on any software.  We will make exceptions for certain Types of exchanges.

Computer music packs:   All karaoke/dj packages Are final sales. 

No matter what happens, we can assure you that we are going to do whatever we can to assist our Customers.  We just want you to understand that Due to there being limited protection on software And the challenges we face with customers attempting to copy media they buy from Us, or using a karaoke disk for a contest and trying to return it.  Bottom line, these types of customers have made it where we cannot afford to take back software.
