EXCHANGE POLICY

We are a family owned store that is more in tune With our customers than most every other store.The last thing we would ever want is to be stuck with Something that we did not like.  Because of This reason, we are willing to exchange any item Without hesitation.  The only drawback with Exchanging an item is that you will lose money In shipping.  Other than that, expect a full store Credit toward another product.

Acceptable Exchanges:   You have up to 15days after purchase to exchange a product for something else.  Product must be in same condition and with in the same packaging.

Your item must be received by us before a new Item is shipped out.  We do however make exceptions With certain customers.

Unacceptable Exchanges: No exchanges after the 15day mark.  No items are accepted that bare the marks of being used or if any packaging is missing.

Although we personally feel bad when a customer finds it difficult to exchange for an item of equal Value.  We cannot accept partial exchanges.  However, you may have the remaining balance On file for future credit with our store.
