RETURNS WITH MISSING ITEMS

 

  

We are the first people to admit that when we purchase items, We sometimes throw the box away, or misplace a manual, etc. I think everyone can relate to this.  The only problem is if I  Need to return it, then I have a problem getting a full refund. And although we feel bad and can relate to you throwing A box out or misplacing an item, we will have no choice But to deduct a certain amount from your refund.  And If you are paying a 25% restocking fee, that does not cover Any lost items. 

 

A good way to look at it is to see it from the standpoint of Us sending something back to the manufacture.  If I have A product here and send it back.  They will charge me 25% To send it back.  And believe it or not, we have sent plenty Of stuff back that was missing a manual, the original box, Or a remote.  We were charged each time above and beyond.
