SPECIAL ORDERS

 Because we are the largest store in the Midwest and have brokered deals with different manufactures for decades, we have and do carry Just about every product.  And although we may Not advertise it.  We can get it for you.  The following items are considered special orders. 

~  All systems are special orders.

~  Any digital Karaoke unit.  These items are c.o.d and take much time to prepare.  Most often there are many people that are on waiting list for these units.  So from the first moment you are placed on this list, there are other customers that may not purchase because they need the    item sooner than you.  So for every 3-5 units we sell, we have one customer that does not due to this reason alone.  So therefore all restocking fee’s apply to this item from point of purchase! 

~  Items not advertised.

~  Items that we do not recommend to the customers.  Example:  We sell a product called Vocopro, yet we are the first to inform you that It has the highest failure rate in history!  If you Insist on purchasing this product from us, we will Sell it cheaper than anyone else can.  It will however come with a complete warning that you Cannot return or exchange the item.
