One thing that is clear about our store is that no other company in the country carries systems Like ours.  This in itself Tells you that we have spent countless years Continually upgrading our systems to meet our Demands first, then introduce it to our customers.  We are also one of the last remaining places you Can actually find several technicians dedicated to every aspect of our systems.  While all these Wharehouses push cheap product with a very low Overhead and the worst service and complaint rates.  We are spending more money to keep our Technicians and true professionals here for people that still care about “Service”  When you buy your system, you will be talking to the most knowledgeable professionals in the country. We know this from research and the fact that we are the first to tell you that as customers too, we hate how dishonest the internet is and how America has come to expect cheap product, and cheap service.  All systems are custom made.  Therefore, all system sales are final. Once you have placedYour order, we are already placing special ordersFor certain components, and initiating many other Procedures that these other companies never have To deal with because they just pull an item off a dusty shelf and ship it to you.  We will however attempt to do everything we can to help you So you do not lose money.

Please note that this does not mean that you are stuck with what you purchase.  If you wish to change something in your system, do not hesitate To ask.  We are here to make your experience the best we can.  We just ask that you respect the time And effort we put into our systems and customers. 

If you are the type of person that changes your mind continually, then just take your making your Decisions.  We would end up feeling bad if you had To pay a 25% restocking fee for canceling your orders.  But when it comes down to it.  We cannot Afford to lose money and time because of a customers change of heart.
