WARRANTY PERIODS

 Most often, customers always seem to look directly at us as though we made the  item.  Believe it or not, our hands are tied When it comes to warranty periods.  Of course we will do everything we can to help you fix a problem, but within reason. Please be sure to keep all documents for future use.

You must understand up front that no matter where you buy Product from, the manufacture has a system of repairs.  We Have found that most often a manufacture may take up to 4-8 weeks to repair an item.  We have different programs that help customers in each level of purchase.  Please be sure to ask how we can help you further protect yourself and your purchase. 

 We will also tell you that CavsUsa may have the worst reputation when it comes to repair times.  And most customers that buy from other companies to save a bit of money, typically find themselves having many more headaches.  We pay good Money to have 5 different techs available in our store.  No other store in the country can make a similar claim.  In most Cases, our service has been voted even better than the manufacture!
