Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items with original invoice provided. All equipments must be returned in it's original packaging and must include any owner manuals, connecting cables, and all accessories

• Exchange:  If you are not satisfied with our product, we'll be happy to exchange for similar or better product.  We'll give you 100% of store credit toward the purchase of a similar item.  All return MUST be in original condition, subject to approval.
• Return: All equipments must be returned in it's original packaging. All return must be pre-approved by the return department.  We will not process a return without prior authorization.  You will be charged 25% re-stocking fee if you want to have full refund.  Shipping is non-refundable.  If you received free shipping on your order, you'll be charged a shipping fee.
• Special Orders: All special orders including system sales are final.  A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns or cancellations. 
  Customer will always have the opportunity to cancel an order  and upgrade to a better system and receive a full store credit, minus fee's incurred on any any items special ordered.
• Returns with Missing Items: Items that are returned for any reasons other than defects. Returns that are missing parts or are in un-sellable condition,  will be charged 30% re-stocking fee plus cost of replacing missing parts.
• Software: Due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws, opened software cannot be returned or refunded for anything other than the replacement of the identical item purchased.
• Defect when received: We will gladly exchange any damaged equipment within 15 days of the purchase date. Please inspect your package and notify us immediately when you received your package.  We will pay for shipping cost for initial defect. After 15 days, buyer will be responsible for shipping cost on returning product.
